Earn $75,000–$105,000+ Annually | Company Vehicle | Established Customer Base | Growth Opportunity

Are you an experienced Texas RAIL Licensed Pool Repair Technician looking for a company where your experience, productivity, and technical ability are rewarded?

We're growing and we're looking for a proven repair professional to grow with us.

Our operation currently has 600+ residential and commercial pools on weekly service and 3 retail locations, giving our repair team a strong, established customer base and a consistent pipeline of repair, replacement, and equipment-upgrade opportunities.

This is a high-production position for an experienced technician who knows how to diagnose problems correctly, complete quality repairs efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and keep their day moving.

Earning Potential

$75,000–$105,000+ annually

We believe strong performance should be rewarded.

  • Competitive base compensation + production-based earnings

  • Strong performers can earn $90,000–$100,000+

  • Sales spiffs on qualifying equipment replacements and upgrades

  • Established customer base with 600+ pools already on service

  • Continued company growth means continued opportunity

What We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level repair position. We're looking for an experienced technician who can step into an established operation and produce.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current Texas RAIL license

  • 5+ years of pool equipment diagnostic and repair experience

  • Ability to consistently complete 6+ billed repair stops per day

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience preparing repair information and quotes

  • Ability to manage callbacks professionally and efficiently

  • Excellent customer communication

  • Strong organization and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable for production and quality

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

What You'll Work On

You'll diagnose, repair, replace, and install a wide range of residential and commercial pool equipment, including:

  • Pumps and motors

  • Filters

  • Heaters

  • Automation and control systems

  • Salt systems and chlorinators

  • Valves and plumbing

  • Pool and spa lighting

  • Equipment upgrades and replacements

  • General electrical and mechanical pool equipment

You'll also identify additional repair and upgrade opportunities, provide the information needed for accurate quotes, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure customers understand the work being performed.

What We Provide

We want our technicians focused on producing great work and taking care of customers, so we provide the tools and support needed to succeed.

  • Company vehicle

  • Company-paid fuel

  • Company phone

  • Company iPad

  • Health benefits

  • Paid time off

  • Sales and equipment spiffs

  • Established customer base

  • Support from our service, retail, and management teams

  • Ongoing opportunities as the company continues to grow

Established, Growing & Built for Opportunity

With 600+ pools currently on service, 3 retail locations, and continued growth, we're not trying to build a customer base from scratch—we already have one.

We're looking for an experienced repair technician who wants to step into an established operation, stay busy, earn based on performance, and become an important part of where we're headed next.

While this is a high-production role, we're not interested in sacrificing workmanship or customer service just to hit a number. We want technicians who can combine speed, accuracy, professionalism, and quality.

If you're RAIL licensed, have the experience, and know you can produce at a high level, we want to talk to you.

Apply today and come grow with us.
