Responsibilities
- Work an established route, providing great customer service to every customer, every time.
- Brush/sweep the entire pool and/or spa interior surface and vacuum if needed.
- Check chemical balances, adding all appropriate chemicals as needed.
- Clean all debris from the skimmer and pump baskets; backwash or clean the filter if needed.
- Ensure pool/spa is in top working condition for client use.
- Secures the proper functioning of all pool systems and the cleanliness of the pool area.
- Blowing off pool area as needed.
- Identify opportunities for unmet customer needs.
- Document all services performed and report any issues or additional repairs needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding pool care and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
· A valid and clean driver's license.
· Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification a plus.
- Be 21 years of age or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes.
- Provide Department of Motor Vehicle record if selected for an interview.
- Sales Experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Customer Service Experience Preferred.
- One to two years in a similar role preferred.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug tests.
- Willing and able to use current and future technology tools (smartphones and computers).
- Proficient in use of smartphones and computers.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- You’ll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients, as well as organize and list any stock stored in your van.
- You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently.
