Retail Pool Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide a reliable, exceptional, and professional customer experience and follow up with every customer every time.
- Build innovative sales training and marketing campaigns that support and deliver sales targets.
- Provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and improve performance
- Actively participate in the marketing and retail of the store.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace that encourages teamwork, creativity, and exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, schedules, and daily store operations effectively
What You’ll Need
- Two years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields
- Two years of sales, retail, and customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales and retain customers
- Excellent writing skills and client-facing skills
- Sales Training experience
- Email marketing experience preferred
- Facebook and social media engagement experience
