Primary Responsibilities Include:
● Co-ordinate Service Department in daily and weekly routes.
● Manage timely processing of quotes and service requests for the Service Department relating to all existing and potential clients.
● Provide written and verbal follow-up with clients, taking ownership from beginning to end for exceptional customer experience.
● Provide timely and accurate reports.
● Be the Service Department client contact, answering and returning phone calls and email inquiries.
● Process daily paperwork from field team and pool maintenance technicians.
● Process and send pre-visit, post visit, reminders and invoices via different applications.
● Receive debrief from team on days calls & carryovers.
● Maintain positive, honest, open, and effective communication, relationships, and morale at all levels in the business.
● Maintain or surpass sales targets set in place by management.
● Attend and represent the company at marketing/sales/networking events.
Successful Candidates Must Have:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 1 years’ experience is similar role preferred
● Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent active listening skills
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Independent problem-solving skills
● Basic level calculations skills
● Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
